Practice software for Irish consultants compared

Three systems Irish consultants look at, side by side: Medserv, Enquiry Medical and CloudMedico. Prices and features come from each company's website, read on 21 October 2026, with links below. Check them with each vendor before you decide.

How we chose them: Medserv and Enquiry Medical are the Irish vendors selling to private consultants that came up in Google results for "practice management software" and "clinic management software ireland" in October 2026. GP systems such as CompleteGP also come up in those searches, but they're built for GP practices, so we haven't compared them here.

Which one fits

  • If you want someone else to do your insurer billing, a billing service such as Medserv's does that work for you.
  • If you need Healthmail or claim export to Medserv or Medpro today, Enquiry Medical has both on its Growth plan.
  • If you are a GP with a GMS contract, you need an accredited GP system such as CompleteGP.
  • If you want one price for the whole practice, a patient portal and video visits, and you handle insurer claims yourself or through a billing service, CloudMedico fits.
