Our Waiting List feature is a powerful tool designed to help you efficiently manage and prioritize patients awaiting surgical procedures. This feature streamlines the often complex process of scheduling surgeries, ensuring that urgent cases are addressed promptly while maintaining fairness and transparency in the waiting list system.

As shown in the image, the Waiting List interface provides a clear, organized view of all patients awaiting surgery. Each entry includes essential information such as patient name, procedure type, referring physician, and date added to the list. Crucially, you can assign and easily update urgency levels for each case, allowing for dynamic prioritization based on medical need.

One of the key benefits of this feature is its ability to provide real-time insights into your surgical backlog. You can quickly see statistics such as average wait times for different procedure types, helping you identify and address bottlenecks in your surgical scheduling. The system also supports custom filters and sorting options, allowing you to view the list in ways that best support your workflow.

Furthermore, the Waiting List feature integrates with other aspects of CloudMedico, such as the appointment scheduling system. When a surgery date becomes available, you can easily select a patient from the waiting list and schedule their procedure, automatically updating their status. This integration ensures a smooth workflow from waitlist to scheduled surgery, reducing administrative overhead and minimizing the risk of patients being overlooked.
