AI Scribe helps clinicians document patient visits without interrupting the conversation to type notes. Start a recording from the Visit screen, continue the consultation naturally, and CloudMedico prepares a structured draft clinical note for you to review.

The consultation audio is transcribed and then converted into concise clinical sections such as history, past medical history, medications and allergies, vital signs, examination, assessment, and plan when those details are present in the conversation.

Before anything is added to the Visit, you can review and edit the generated note and expand the original transcription to check what was heard. Applying the note only places the reviewed draft into the Visit notes; the normal Visit save remains under your control.

AI Scribe supports multilingual consultations and is designed as a documentation assistant, not an autonomous clinical decision-maker. The clinician remains responsible for checking the draft against the consultation before saving the Visit.
