- A booking page you share with patients. They request a time, and you approve it.
- A calendar for each doctor and location, with Google Calendar integration.
- Email and SMS reminders. Switch on confirmation and cancellation, and patients confirm or cancel from the message. SMS uses prepaid credits.
Receipts and invoices
- Set the visit's price and print the patient's receipt from the visit.
- Invoices with discounts, sent to the patient's portal. Patients can pay by card online if you connect a Stripe account.
- Export your invoices to Excel for your accountant.
Records and a patient portal
- Visit records with diagnoses (ICD-10), exams, prescriptions and attached documents. AI scribe drafts the visit note for you to review.
- In the portal, patients see the documents you share, fill in and sign your intake and consent forms online, see their invoices and write to the practice.
- Video appointments: the patient gets an email link and joins in the browser, with no app.
Greek and English, for local and expat patients
Each person in the practice can use CloudMedico in Greek or English. Each patient gets emails and reminders in their own language, so an English-speaking patient and a Greek-speaking one each read their reminder in the language they chose.
Bring your patient list with you

Your data stays in the EU
Practice and patient data is stored on our servers in Frankfurt, inside the EU, and handled under the GDPR. Patient contact details are encrypted, each user only sees what their role allows, and changes to records are logged.
One price for the whole practice
€29 a month for one doctor with unlimited patients, €49 for two doctors and €99 for up to five. Your secretary works in the same account at no extra cost. A smaller plan at €19 covers up to 100 patients. Prices include VAT.
